Yeah so I got pulled over yesterday. It was about 1 am. Cop said I was going 40 in a 25 but I know I was going an indicated 32 mph (more like 30 mph since Honda speedos are always inaccurate). So I'm like no I was going 32 and she's like, "is the speedometer broken?!?!?" and I was like "I dun think so" etc etc basically she knew I wasn't speeding and just wanted to pull me over to see if I was drunk driving. She asked me if I was drinking tonight I said no,

"not even one drink?!?!?!",
"nope, just this cappuccino (hold up cup of cappuccino)"
"where you coming from tonight"
"my girlfriend's house"
"if I call her will she tell me you didn't have any drinks tonight?!?!"
"yes"
"what's her number?!?!"
"733-XXXX"
"do you have your license on you?!?!"
"no, i got picture ID (show former student ID)"
looks at ID
"look at me"
I look at her
"your eyes are all wide open in the picture but not now"
I shrugs, thinking it's f'ing 1 am
"name, address, telephone, etc, etc"
give her name address telephone, etc
"okay I'll be right back"
comes back with warning ticket
"do you feel lucky?"
"no not really"
"no? I didnt' give you a ticket!"
"well, unlucky that I got pulled over, luck you didn't give me a ticket"
"ok. So it's okay if I give you a breathalyzer?"
"sure"
"...or search your car?"
"absolutely"
"ok, well have a nice day, keep your speed down."
"aiight"

:screwy: I was like :wtf: can they flat out LIE and say you were speeding just to see if you're drunk driving and be a complete BITCH on top of it?!?! I'd rather she just said, "I'm pulling you over to see if you've had anything to drink tonight." F*** da police! At least in my town. :madfawk:

 

the cops in my town would have given me a ticket, regardless.

 

yea same here. just for making them get off the car, they will give you one.

I didn't make her do shit, I wasn't speeding (excessively) and wasn't drunk driving. She was just bored and wanted to f*** with somebody. That's the problem with small towns.

 

I always get pulled over for stupid stuff also. Then they are like have you been drinking tonight I always say yes h: ........ Dr. Pepper

 

cops suck. but i respect them. i would not mind being an FHP.

i am gettin soo irritated by cops...i've been pulled over 4 times in the last 2 months...i got 1 ticket which i did deserve for following too closely...but the cop that day was being an asshole and made me pop my hood and bein a total dick...just last night i got pulled over a block from my house...my car didnt even warm up and i was goin 2 blocks from my hosue, i actaully parked as i was being pulled over infront of the place i was going to with my parents in another car. then i moved the car down a few houses to not block the corner...and my mom walked over to the car cop was like "ma'am do you know him" "yes he's my son" "could you please get out of the street" so she walked around and yea... he was like "i pulled you over for not having a front lisence plate and tinted windows" i gave him the regular bullshit about the car didnt come with one, which it didnt. And that i got pulled over last week and am waiting for DMV to give me it, and that i didnt know it was illegal to have tint in front. he let me go but **** its annoying...i'm goin to dmv asap cause its enough, and the power windows are going in soon aswell because i aint removing the tint, i just need to roll them down when i see the dirt cops that be hating.
