ya.. i did 45 for bout a month.. then 55 for a month.. trying to even out my tri's/back/shoulders
my chest is weak tho
no bench to do it.. so i jus do pushups ..

when i do bench presses my wrists hurt like a mofo the next day. anyone else have this problem? can i make the pain go away?
