Cust: Yes
Me: If needed, would you know how to log into your router?
Cust: Yes
Me: Great. I need you to log into your router and release and then renew your IP address.
Cust: Say again?
Me: I need you to log into your router
Cust: How do I do that?
Me: Do you know how to access your router?
Cust: Yes
Me: Can you go ahead and do that for me now? Log into your router?
Cust: Um...I don't understand
Me: Do you know where the router is located, sir?
Cust: Yes
Me: Can you tell me what brand that is?
Cust: No
Me: Do you know what a router is by any chance?
Cust: No

Why the hell did he answer yes to those questions if he doesn't even know what the fuck I am talking about? I swear....it's as though no one understands english or something. I make it clear at the beginning that if they don't understand something or that I am moving too fast to let me know....do they do it? NO..
