could this be the sub civic competitor honda has been referring to?

The Fit's interior is ages ahead of any other sub-compact's interior. You buy an Echo, Toyota makes you feel ghetto. In this, its just as nice of not nicer than a civic's interior.

I just remembered, this is actually pretty old news. We've talked about the Fit/Jazz coming over to fit below the Civic (I think there was a news article about it), and I would love to see it. Honda is missing out on a HUGE segment.
Would you rather have that interior or a Kia Spectra or Toyota Echo interior? Plus the exterior is pretty damn nice looking.

As for the exterior, its about as nice as sub-compact can get. I still dont think its all that great looking, but again its the best in that market. I especially like the headlights.
Also, just like the Echo, Suzuki Aero SX, etc etc, those rims look like they are 12 inches big. Thats a down side of a car that so short, yet tall.

wow, considering its competitors, I'd totally prefer to drive that over any other... its styling is decent, the interior is very nice, and I bet that with a set of 16's and a drop, it'd look really nice too!

Just bring the wagon version of Honda Fit over, it will beat Toyota Echo for sure. I assume many many girls would love it's cute look. Yes Honda does need a car for the 1.5L segment in the U.S..
