valve spring compressors, removing VS's
 

i bought a craftsman valve spring compressor but it isnt working out too well for me... cant really fit it around the springs too well and the retainer brace seems to be a little bit wide.

am i doing it wrong? its a damn tight space to work with, this is just my spare head so its off of the block, dont have to worry about the valves falling if i ever manage to get the springs off...

just wondered if there is a vsc that works for honda heads, this one is an overhead valve spring compressor so i know im not using the completely wrong tool...

any advice is good advice...
