crank scrapers

looking for insight on these things. moroso makes them as well as some other manufacturers of perf parts. thing is that i've only heard of them being used on domestic steel. anyone know anything of these on imports? looking into it as an addition to my 2.3vtec. anyone with experience or knowledge?

they're good for a .0000001 horsepower gain.

not worth it for a street car.

aside from performance, would there be any efficiency improvments? and what do you base your input on?

the design is to knock off any excess oil off the rotating assembly to reduce rotating weight. it also helps in controlling oil frothing for more reliable lubrication.

neither of these will really influence a street car.

all you'll notice is that you'll be putting it in your mod list. other than that, it's a worthless piece of metal that increases your chances of engine damage if you install it improperly.

yea, ull notice it in your mod list, and your wallet being lighter thats about it lol. Its really for the serious racers not street cars, its for the guys who need that SPLIT extra HP advantage over someone else.....
