radiator ?
What causes your radiator to build up so much pressure that it blow up my radiator. IT now has a crack and im going to have to a new one after i waited 2 yrs to put the rebuilt engine in my teg.
My guess is this radiator isn't in a newer car, and that the radiator is starting to get old, and that's it, it's just old the honda/acura radiators as we all know have plastic end tanks, they crack over time.
well it was working fine before i did the engine swap.
the engine has 11:0:1, rods, port and polished heads.
the radiator is the ls.
because after i started the car it would have a idle problem and when i took it for a drive it would shut off when i step on the brakes.
any other ideaas or info would help. thanks

Honestly dude, not really a technical answer but....sh*t happens. things just break for no reason even though they woked fine the day before, but the radiator can't get so much pressure it would crack it, not for no reason anyway.
i wanted to know if its cause of the new engine or related to it. I haven't dyno it but was told with that setup(by the people who built it) would get around 210-250whp. wonder if this is too much power for the small radiator. thanks for your input.

Hmm..if that crazy glue and crap doesn't hold, you should try some JB Weld, its an epoxy type glue, pretty strong stuff too.
