how hard is it to install a short ram intake

With no experiance doing this, I would guess about 30mins. My brother is getting quite good at it and can do it in about 5mins. I would recommend and AEM Cold Air Intake instead of a short ram, they have multiple drawbacks... but they are cheaper.

That's what I just said. Short rams have drawbacks compared to CAI, but are cheaper than CAI. I guess I could have worded it better, dood.

You will need basic hand tools and a socket set. You will also need to take your bumper off if you want to remove the resonator.

It shouldnt take more than an hour total . ..they are pretty easy. I would go with a CAI if it was mine, but do what you want!

for a CAI you dont need to take off the bumper and even without any experience it should only take an hour providing you have at least basic knowledge of where things are on a car and for the whole thing of getting a cai or short ram thats all on you but i got a CAI and it only took about 45 minutes without taking out the front bumper :eh: :boink:
