96 Prelude Si -To swap or not to swap?
 

OK so here is the question I have. I pretty much know what I want to do, but I want yalls opinion. I have a h23 auto tranny :(, and really want a 5sp tranny.I like the torque of the h23 but really want a vtec. Also what ever motor I choose either the h22a4 or the h23a1 im going to boost it. Should I
1. Buy a new car with the h22 and 5sp
2. Convert my car to 5sp keep h23
3. Boost my h23 with auto

If I were you & money I'd 1st sell lude for a H22 manual already because I here it's a pretty expensive job.2nd what's the amount of $$ you have to spend.3rd since you want to boost you can have a H22 5spd tranny installed & get rid of the H23 head for a H22 head. That's a good power curve to begin with. I'm sure people who actually have a lude can help you better.
