90turbo

i searched but came up with nothing.. i have the b17a motor in my 1990 integra, and i was told that i could get a rywire harness conversion.. because i have the b17 motor harness and the b17 ecu but the intermediate harness(stock 1990 teg) is obd0 and the ecu and motor are obd1

what i am asking is if i get a rywire conversion from obd0 to obd1 could i depin the stock obd1 harness to connect to the obd0 intermediate and back to the obd1 ecu?
