did it doing a burn out, nothing happened. but does anything bad happen in the long run

Guy I work with does it often on his turbo'd gsr. Not saying that makes it any better I've just never seen anything bad happen.

If your doing burnouts, hitting the rev limiter is the least of your problems to come.

funny i bounce off revi when im launching to build boost.
but stock rev nope its there so you dont take it higher and blow it up. i have ran mine on limit for years and not blowin it up but thats my car.. dont do it
