Anything is feasible given enough money... but from a practical and performance standpoint, it isn't worth your time or money.
The F22* SOHC inline-4 has little advantage over the B18A1 engine you have now.

yeah, you'd need the same hardware as you'd need with an h-series swap... the only advantage to this would be if the accord was shot body wise (not drivable) and the integra's engine was completely gone.

It makes a lovely tune... but the torque deficit is simply too great IMO.
