Default Decent swap for $2500?

$2500 total. Curious because I am looking to buy a car, and am having trouble finding one that suits my needs. This price includes the chassis, and all the parts for the full motor swap. I'm pretty confident I can do it myself, so labor isn't going to be a cost. I've seen swaps going for about $1500 on the internet, but I understand there are a few more knick-knacks that I will need that don't come with the swap. Let's allow $500 for the original vehicle (assuming I can find one with a blown motor), and let's make the car an early-mid 90's civic hb. Let's make the motor a full b16a swap. Can it be done? Opinions are greatly appreciated.

B18B. Much better driveability than any B16. B16's are gutless down low.
