i have a 96 civic blew up the motor and put a b16a in it. now the damn thing wont run rite. i used the ecu that they sent me and used the factory harness like i was told. but the injector plugs didnt match so i used the plugs from the harness that came with the motor. now my check engine lites on and if i hold the rpms at1500 the rpms paulsate. and to top it all off its running super rich. ive checked all vac lines and the IACV was cleaned out and works fine. im using the jdm ecu that came with it to. but its obd1 so i had 2 have a adpter made. H E L P! IM READY TO BURN THE CAR DOWN!

 

The issues sounds to be with the conversion harness. Check out www.hasport.com for the correct wiring to make sure everything is good.

 

lmfao...get yourself a new harness..from ebay or something and it sounds like the ecu your running..isnt the right one.. try finding a p28 or if u can get your hands on it a p30 u'll be set.
