i have this rattle at 3,000 rpm to 3,500, i thought it was just a heat shild but i removed all the shilds. sounds like its coming from the engine, any suggestions???

This is a known problem with GSR's that involves blown welds in the exhaust manifold. You can either replace it with a completely overpriced OEM manifold, or buy an aftermarket header.

 

that's completely normal for b18c1's with the stock exhaust manifold. :chuckles:

Just wait until you fix this rattle. Then you'll hear the tapping that occurs at the same rpm.

 

what would that tapping be coming from?

 

also i have another question. after i drive the car for a while then shut it off and let it sit. when i get back in it it jerks, kinda seems like im not getin fuel or somthing, i was also thinkin to could be somthing like tps. maybe fuel pump? any suggestions to that?
