Dood, start with some punctuation so we know what the hell you are saying.

Coherent sentences = good

Yes yes, please use some punctuation...
First off, I think I had the same prob you have...
I have a B16A swap, GSR head, full mods, etc., It's been through hell and back, but my first swap was a 1st gen B16A into 93 civic d, and this is how that engine blew up...
Check your ignition timing, and make sure the belt hasn't skipped a tooth, cause mine would drive ok if u gave it gas from a start, but if u let off for just a second, it would bog down and go NOWHERE, then would only rev up again if u put in clutch and gave it some gas with no load.
I revved mine up to like 8200 when i was ripping on it cause it was reallyb slow for it having a swap, and it blew up!! in the number one cylinder, one of the intake valve retainers broke, letting the valve fall into the chamber!!
After it stopped running and would'nt crank over, i had the head pulled after we found out the timing belt didn't break, that's whne we found the incredible damage... the piston had a 2in dia hole mashed/melted through and u could see the crank, whole motor was totalled, cause little tiny metal shvings were in EVERY cylinder...Don't drive it like that it could be permanently damaged...Take it back to the guy who did the swap...
So, check your timing that's what makes it bog down, maybe fuel prob but unlikely...
hope this helps,
Later,
Mike
