Sorry, you're not going to hit 600whp in a n/a honda, period. I think you should re-adjust your gosal to be a little more reasonable. You can hit 600-700whp with a turbo honda...

actually i've read that the b-series was the first 4 cylinder to ever get 100hp per cylinder. However do you realized that the amount of money the honda engineers/drag racing sponsers had to get just before the idea was even put in there head? these guys are the dudes that build the 6 cylinder F1 cars (millions worth of tech. that goes in to that). I hate to kill your idea it would be cool to do ....i have even thought about it myself. if you really want to spend 7-15k on and engine/ not including the tranny or what your going to do with the ecu. then i'll give you the number to my buddy reeves callaway. he used to do euro cars now he does mainly corvette. but he might not even want to waste his time. ether way man. it doesn't look to promising your gonna get past by a 16 year old that did a custom turbo kit for under 2k  but if you want to fix your urge build your motor.....simply.......to handle boost. hope this helps give your idea some direction.

You're not going to get that much power out of a 4-cyliner n/a honda, period. You can throw all the money at it you want to, but the pro drag teams are barely making 1/2 that.

For that kind of n/a power, I would suggest building a 8 cylinder musclecar.

If you want to turbocharge it, that's a different story. That can be done fairly easily as long as you have the $$$.

guys this solution is simple. first get a honda crx, then strip it, make the bay a lil bit bigger and add frame support, than switch to rwd, build some mounts and buy a 305 with a 4sp and build the motor up, drop it in and get a stiff suspension in front so motor doesnt drop the ca rto the ground and boom there u go. real simple huh
the fact of a 4cyl b all motor makin 600-700 would scare the crap out of me, be realistic unless u are the guys at bocies make that project crx
