Default b18a

Here is a dumb question but I'd rather ask it then not, is it possible to put or would you want to put a b18c head on a stock b18a ls block?

its called LS vtec and it is possible but you have to build your block it wont last very long if the block isnt built right. heres a write up on it.

do your research before you do anything

Thx. I've read that it isn't a good thing to do if you plan on going turbo cause is it's not tuned right it can kill ur engine..... just checking out some option and researching before I do my final push this summer and rebuild my engine and add turbo to it

a normal engine with a aftermarket turbo kit that is tuned poorly has a chance like snoopy said. i have a 91 ls with a b18a and i was gonna do a ls/vtec, but i feel my bang for the buck is in a turbo after i get my motor built in 2 months
