Default Wiring diagram needed for B18C3 transmission to wiring harnessq

I need the wiring diagram from the transmission to the OBD2-B wiring harness. My friend has a 99 Civic EX CP he's trying to put his B18C3 (SiR-G) motor into. Everything is running except with the transmission will not shift right, the car starts and runs great but doesn't shift automatically.
