Default vtec computer

i have a 94 civic with an 98 gsr motor i let some one use the gsr computer and when i went to put it back there are two green wires i dont know where they go and now my vtec doesnt work can any one help me out thanx

Are you sure you got the same computer back? Your description is very vague so try taking a picture of the ecu, and open it up and take a picture of your board. Are you throwing a check engine light?

the two green wires are the vtec one is the sensor and the other is the cylinode i have the gsr harness to the dx harness the dx has no vtec so the wires were run seperatly instead of in the harness the problem is i dont know where the two wires go i bought the car with the engine swap already done so i dont know how the origanal owner wired it into the computer but then again you could be right about not getting the same computer back do you know who i can give the serial number to to seeif it is an 98 gsr computer

yea the check engine light is on it was on before cause of the o2 sensor but it took a while to come on now it comes on as soon as i start the car

I don't have wiring color codes memorized, you might have better luck on this in hybrid if you haven't tried there already, would you like me to move this for you?

thanx to everyone that tried to help out but i figured it out and the vtec actually works better and kicks in harder than it used to thanx
