GSRcivic with chiped p08 (J's racing)...what plugs and wires???!

having some idle trouble and tryign this route a bit...
ive read over and over that oem spark plugs and wires are the best and no need for aftermarket...but in this case do i? and if so, what do you all recommend?

OEM or NGK.

If you want to upgrade your ignition, get an MSD modified distributor cap and external coil. No need for anything fancier than that.
