1994 Integra B18 LS built motor into 1996 Integra GS-R

I have a friend who backed his `94 Integra LS into a guardrail at high speed. The car is totaled, but I'm considering buying what's left and doing an engine transplant from his car into my `96 Integra GS-R. Both are manual transmissions. His `94 is a fully built naturally aspirated engine with the original LS block, but VTEC heads, custom cams, pistons, crank, 12.5:1 pistons, etc.

Besides the typical engine pull/replace, what complicating work (OBD issues? wiring harness?) would be required? I'm not worried about emissions and can get 100octane unleaded gas at the track.

Thank you!
