Default Civic 03 Si (canadian)

I have 3848km on the engine now,95% highway driving at varied rpms.Is this enough km's that the rings would be worked in and seated properly? It seems to be breaking in nicely as i can notice improved response from the first 400km or so.

Definately. Breakin usually happens around the first ~500 mi or so. That would be ~ 1200-some KM.
