Default Rainy turbo

Hi I have a 98 Integra GSR turbo, with a drag turbo kit, 370cc injectors and a safc. When it’s raining and sometimes when I have the heater on it sometimes stalls out. I haven’t’ had the time to get it
Dyno. Does it needs to get dyno or msd or is it something else? Pleases respond ASAP!!!!

You seriously need to A) calm down, B) stop expecting instant solutions to a car you know nothing about, and C) spit out more details.

Does it stall every time it rains? It also stalls sometimes when the heater is on? What other information can you provide?

My first instinct is an electrical problem, either battery or alternator. Do you have a voltage gauge? Do you know how to use a multimeter? Does the car have a hard time starting? Does it stall with the headlights on?

Sorry ill calm down, its just that car problems just realy piss me off. First off it stalls out only some times when its raining. it will start to run crapy after driving for a lil bit, the temp. gauge says its staying cool. I don't have a voltage gauge, but when vtec kicks in, the lights on the dash get brighter. The car has a problem starting after i've been driving for a while. If its a electrical problem, how could i track the problem down? i never had this problem until i put the turbo kit on.

But when does it stall? Does it stall when you first start it or after its been running a while? You need to start observing what's happening as it stalls: battery voltage, what's running in the car and what's not (headlights, heater, etc), what you were doing at the time (parked at a red light, hauling on the freeway), and so on. Simply knowing that it stalls is useless to us.

How big is the stereo in your trunk? Could that be sucking more power from your batter/alternator then they can supply? Most kids on this board have $3000 cars and $8000 stereos hence I ask.

The typical operating voltage for a car is 13.8 to 14.4vdc.

If you want to test the alternator, start the car then remove one of the cables from the battery. If the car still runs, alternator is at least semi-good.

To test the battery, disconnect it completely from the car then put a voltage meter on it. Should read 12.8vdc.

make sure your battery terminals aren't all corroded. mine got corroded to shit, starting causing stalls/power failures while driving.
