Replacing Rod Bearings in a 1990 Accord
 
Anyone have information on how to remove and install new rod bearings in a 1990 Honda Accord 2.2 SOHC ?

what do you mean by rod bearings ? , if you mean piston rod bearings , you need to removed the engine,tranny , timming belt , oil pan , after that removed all the screws of the crankshaft and piston rod , replaced the bearing and follow in reverse , for torque ask me and ill give it to you

Remove oil pan.
Remove windage tray.
Remove oil pickup tube.
Remove one rod cap.
Get a micrometer and measure.
If it's okay, replace the bearing on the car and move to next rod.

If it's not okay, remove the engine and take the bottom end to a machine shop.
