Default Shaving Honda Emblem

I was wondering how I could take off my rear Honda emblem and then somehow cover the two holes, or fill the two holes in, so that you cannot see that there was ever an emblem there.

Thanks
Ryan

Remove emblem and then use bondo filler and fiberglass resin to fill in the holes. Repaint, DONE

Weld up the holes. I've heard sometimes the bondo falls through.

On small holes like that, it won't even be a problem. Just do what gasper44 said.

ye i agree do what gasper44 says as if you weld you will remove paint on the inside double skin and just cause it to rust eventually.

Default I'm just asking because I'll be plugging up minor things on the bumper etc.

First fill up the holes with bondo filler and once that dries spread the fiber glass resin over it then sand over it for smoothing then repaint?

Am I correct?

Thats how to do it, basically, your BONDO FILLER is the cake, your FIBERGLASS RESIN is the frosting.

Thats how it works though, never finish off holes just leaving bondo, cover it up with fiberglass resin which isnt subject to getting wet, once bondo absorbs any water etc, it will deform and crack. The fiberglass keeps a shell over it basically keeping it in shape and perfect.

*Im new here, but not in the car field. lol

when i did mine,my car was getting repainted in 2 weeks so i shaved the emblem and primered the area. i then used a second color and held the emblem in the area and sprayed the emblem back on. i did not care, it was getting painted. soooooo many people liked that for some reason.
