flush transmission fluid help

i have a 96 honda accord sedan and i need to flush the trans fluid but have no knowledge of what the hell im doing so if any ones out there that can help me i would appreciate it deeply.........thanks..

auto or manual?

Drain it. Fill it. If manual, fill until the fluid starts coming out the fill plug. If auto, fill until the level is between the marks on the dipstick.
