my car is a 98 civic ex

im planning on changing my gauge faces from stock to reverse indiglo, i need a little insight as to how to get the old ones out and how to do the wiring for the new ones.


also im planning on putting fog lights on. They either gonna be PIAA or OEM (any suggestions?) How do i mount and wire them.

I have a guy that can do these for me but i wanna learn to do these things and save myself some $ that'll go into some headers or w/e...

 

OEM all the way... they come with instructions, im getting OEM ones for my 00 civic, go to http://www.handa-accessories.com/

 

i couldnt find them on that site any other sites that'll have them for a 98 civic ex?
