if its like most hondas, you need to look behind the glove box and its should be there. you may have to pull the dash out to get to it.

If you are looking for the ecu, you were on the right track. The carpet on the passenger side, pull it back. There should be a silver metal plate looking thing. The ecu is under that. There should be 4-6 10mm bolts that you remove and the plate comes off. Boom, there is your ecu. Hope this is what you were looking for.

It is the heater blower motor I need to replace, I did not want to tear the whole dash apart if it is behind the glove box, panel covers under dash prevent me seeing what is underneath. Should I just have it done somewhere? I've already bought the new motor.

do you have a service manual? i am not sure specifically on your car, but some cars require the dash to come out. if i were you, just pull a couple panels off and see if you can see the motor. sometimes bolts are in hard to get to places and you need clearence, thats why the dash my have to come off.
