Default cleaning windows

what do you guys use to clear your windows? i used paper towels and newspaper with windex...and i still get streaks of oil? at night its so hard to see with lights shining on it because it looks like the whole car is fogged up, the only way to get rid of it is to wipe it but that just spreads it around and makes more streaks

When I get oily streaks I just use a clean shop rag and wipe until the oily smear has been wiped off by the rag
