REAL Mugen or the ABS kind? My ABS was uber easy. Although, I did drill a couple holes and added 2 bolts in the center for added support. ;)

the abs knock offs on my friends teg was a 25 min install so for this i will say very easy t do

mugan lips as far as i know usually bolt on no problom. If your still having a problom intalling it take whats what you got and re-examine the fit.

Mine is a ABS knockoff. Seems like the side flanges go out a bit more than the bumper. Course now I gotta buy bolts since the stock lip bolts don't work.
