Default Integra - power mirror rattle

My '99 Integra coupe's driver-side power mirror has developed an internal rattle, and I'm noticing that the mirror itself is vibrating - both happen when I go over even the slightest bump, and constantly happens when I get up above 65MPH on smooth freeway pavement. I did a little poking around, and the two armatures connecting the mirror to the servo/motor on the driver's side are covered in yellow-ish grease. The passenger side's is absolutely pristine. I don't hear rattling when doing back-and-forth swinging of the door, so, combined with the mirror vibrating (which the other mirror doesn't do) this leads me to believe it's the servo and not a rock/loose screww/etc. Is there any way to open the mirror housing (with or without removing it from the car) and swap out the current mirror/servo with one from an unpainted OEM replacement mirror (or just the servo, if that part can be ordered separately)?
