buiilding my first honda.need advice
 

I bought an 87 civic hb for 100$ that didnt run with a good body. I cleaned the carb and gave the hole car some tlc and runs ok now with a wrist pin or skirt making noise. I recently bought a b16. but am unsure what wiring harness and computer to use. My car sat for 3 years before i bought it so the tank still smells like bad fuel even after cleaning. Is there another fuel tank to fit the 87 hb with an in tank pump setup. I have a t04b turbo that I want to use.I am still looking at other options such as the ls/vtec?? Any advice you guys can give me is greatly appreciated. By the way I have been using the "search" very often. Thanks alot.

you can use the 87 si fuel tank but the wiring is going to depend on the motor set up. obd0, obd1 etc.
