I'm looking at getting another wagon but it has passive restraints and the dumba$$ took out the stock seats that have the belts built into them do any of you know if its possible to have new seat belts put in or if the bolt areas of the pre 90 seat belt are behind the pillars. Its a clean wagon with coilovers and exhaust and no rust but I would have to have seat belts and I am not seeing many wagons at the yard.

 

You *should* be able to get to the mounting bolts and re-route them.

 

No the seats are not interchangable I have a 89 Civic wagon and HAP offered me a clean interior out of a 90 with the seatbelts on the seats. The front seats would not fit as the mounting holes for the back are way off as the seat track is to long. You might want to try HAP Honda recyclers they had a clean 90 wagon in grey even they where suprised that the seats did not fit.

 

did that wagon have the drivers side fender I did a parts request and they said they had no wagons. How much was the interior.

 

Yes they had about 3-4 wagons 88-91 last time I was there. All had fenders, You might want to call them because they told me they had no wagons also, IM lucky enough to live two hours away. I belive the only reason they say they have no wagons is they are buried way in the back and they cannot see them. I have also not been there since March. The price on the seats was not bad compared to having my drivers side repaired they did find me another matching stock wagon seat.
