Isn't a Civic Si & CRX Si front rotors/pads same??

I'm going to need some rotors/pads in the future. So I called Honda for prices on Oem rotors/pads. They said they're out so I asked what about a Crx Si 91 like my 91 Civic Si. The guy said they're different. I thought the front rotors/pads would be the same except for rear which I know the rex had disk & Civic drums. NTM dealer prices are crazy.

So, I'll prob. just check out tirerack. I just always thought the suspension was the exact up front
