I don't know about the manifolds but I am putting an H in my CRX and was wondering if you might have anyadvice on engine mounts and swapping tips (wiring ect. ect.) any help would be appreciated

Not sure about that but what I remember isn't it true using a H in the EF chasis you're stuck forever with that motor unlike a B series. Should be fast though..

Thanks for the tip, but I'm not really going to change the engine type after the swap. To many people use a b series, I wanted to be a little different, ya know? Thanks for the tip though, I'll look into it.
