sway bars
suspension techniques
comptech
neuspeed
blox
eibach
depends on what you want to spend
and you can find them anywhere
it's not so much whats the best but how little body roll you want.
most vary between 21-24mm and adjustability for the crx.
i have a suspension techniques sway bar kit. it really helps but i
prefered using the stock rear sway bar.
it personal preference.

For example, Auto-Xers (circa mid '80s, racing 3G/4G Civics) used to completely remove the front sway bar because they WANTED the body to roll. Some road racers would use 28mm (sometimes larger) bars.
For "spirited street driving" I prefer stock bars with slightly lowered (~3/4") springs and fully adjustable struts. I want compliance with a moderate amount of additional damping. daddiodanger nailed it.... too much rear roll stiffness can be a real handful on the street!!!!
I like the neuspeed bar myself, it bolted up nice once I got it in. But that was one of the last things I did for handling, as the rest of my suspension was already finished, and I had the car lowered.
Lowering it probably made the biggest difference in handling I think, I haven't met a turn yet I couldn't take.
