how to I tighten my timing belt?

Default how to I tighten my timing belt?

Guys.. I know I need to use the timing belt tensioner.. but how do I make it put pressure on the belt? I have the tensioner bolt loose.. now what? Thanks!

I just turn it counter clockwise about 3 teeth you will feel it get tight then tighten the tensioner down.

Thanks... nice & tense now. I appreciate the feedback. My Hayes manual didn't help at all.

Haynes is Bullshit!!!! throw that damn book away, anything that i've done with my car and read that book for help, the book's been wrong. i don't know if the chilton's is any better. but i'm thinking of trying it....of couse, i've got ont of the best honda guys i know that i can ask, so i don't really need the book. but yeah...throw that damn Haynes manual away!!!!!!!!!!!!
