Sup guys my 91 DX has the d15b2 engine and its seems like its flooding when its at WOT. Also its only getting 23 miles per gallon. When above 4K it blows out blue smoke. The engine hasn't been run in over a year. What could be some problems? Thanks.

Wow well that sux. Good thing I'm getting a new motor soon. What do you guys think? Maybe the rings got dry and the oil is seaping between them?
