There Is Oil On The 1 And 2 Spark Plugs When I Put Them Out What Can Be The Cause And Is This A Serious Problem

you mean when you pull them out?
The others are fine?

Check to see if the spark is grounding out anywhere before it gets to the plugs, like on the wires and especially see if the part that stick into the head is cracked and grounding out on the inside of the hole.

i change the spark plug wires with new one is there any other reason this might be doing this

Are you burning any oil? What do your spark plug grommets look like?

I had the same problem but it wasn't oil, it was gas and it looked like oil and it was because the spark was grounding out, check the things that go down into the head to the spark plug for cracks, especially at the top. That is probably your problem especially if they work when you pull them out and test the plug.

If your talking about a lot of oil on top of the plug, it's just the seal at the valve cover leaking. Mine was the same way when i changed my plugs not to long ago. I did'nt even worry about it.
