2003 Acura TL Stype HeadLamp Adjustment needed.

Hey everyone Im just needing to know how to adjust your headlamps on my Acura. I hit a deer :mad: and the body shop did not adjust them correctly and I have already been to them twice. Is there a do it yourself so that i can have my low beams aligned correctly? Please help.
