I offered a guy $24,500 for a 05tl with 46k miles. do you think i can get it for lower? thanks in advance

Also, it is hard from someone on the internet to judge if you are getting a good deal or not. We don't know if the car has a lot of door dings or not. How the condition of the interior is. Maintenance on the vehicle? Prior accidents? I am sure if 10 people responds, 5 will say you are getting a good price and the other 5 will say you could get a better price.
