I was unimpressed with the Accord. It looks so nice from the outside, but there was ABSOLUTELY nothing special on the inside. I think I like the interior of my 99 Solara SLE better! The front seat in the Accord didn't recline far enough back, IMO. It's like that rear seat is there RIGHT behind the driver seat. I looked at an Accord coupe. Someone please tell my the 03 CL type S is a cut above that Accord. The tranny issues are not that worrisome to me

The 03 CL-S is based off the 98-02 Accord.

Everything is a little bit better on the CL. From the interior to the exterior to the engine.

Well no not really since the CL is based off the older Accord. The only big thing the CL really has over it is a LSD in the 6 speed model. The 04+TL is a much bigger step up.

the V6 6-speed in the CL-S and Accords pretty much own over the auto-only 3.0 CLs n 3.2 TLs, but could a "transplant" from an '03 CL-S work?
