Help with box build
 

I want to do one 12" Kicker Comp VR DVC with a Punch 800a4 amp. Amp will also hook up to 6.5's on the rear deck. Its going in a Civic coupe. I think I wanna put the 12 in the spare tire well. Who needs the spare right? Mostly cuz I wanna put a tie bar on the struts so I don't wanna put a box against the rear seats. I don't know whether to do a fiberglass box or a wood box. Help me out eh. Anyone done this and have the dimensions? Any pics would help too. Thanks!

One question: Have u done this before? Fabricating a custom box is a good thing if u wanna save space but personally i think it's better to leave it to the pros! i dunno...anybody else think so?

Good question. No I haven't. If you think its best to leave it up to the pros then I'll swing that way. I just wanted to save a few bucks. I didn't think it would be that tricky. More replies please.

fiberglass is easy, dont chicken out. you just need to take 3x more time than you already have to planning it out.
