Default suggestions for replacement 6.5" interior speakers for my gsr?

hey, i think one of my interior speakers is on the verge of blowning, so its time for some interior speakers. i dont have much to spend on them (around 100/pair) and was just wondering what a decent 2 or 3 way speaker i could get would be. they will most likely be running off my head unit , so they dont need to be that powerful, but i dont want them to destort at any lower volume then the stockies would. can anyone help me out? thanks!

If you are running off the HU i would go for either of the ones listed above, the infinities or eclispses. The most important thing is the RMS range. Since you are powering them through the HU you don't want something with an RMS range of 30-150. I know for sure the infinities rate at 2-90 watts RMS which will work for any HU and most amps (not sure about the eclipses but i think their RMS watt range is about the same).

Infinty Reference have the most rms power out of any affordable 6.5 speakers. I'm thinking of getting some. Even the Kappa's are ok.
Or if you have the money,... you can go with some DA's

Just go to a stereo shop or Best Buy /Circuit City, choose the weakest deck power-wise, and listen to as many coaxes as you'd like....

i'd recommend memphis for your price range. the are probably the second best sounding speaker IMO (first would goto diamond but they are HELLA expensive). igot abuddy who owns a stereo shop here & they sell em pretty cheap.

the biggest selling point besides the price is they have a LIFETIME warranty. blow em & they replace em no ? asked

Lifetime warranty? I know they offer and extended warranty of one year if installed by an authorized installer/shop.
