I think it rates more on what your application is... Piaa and Hella are very popular however. Usually they make good products, ones that I've used by either... have not disappointed me.

Hella is the best out of the one you listed... quality and beam pattern wise... piaa is a total joke... pilot is the same exact thing for a 1/3 the price.
