Default Where to get cheap/good front speakers for my Integra?

I have a JVC 200w headunit, and am looking to upgrade my front speakers with something around ~$100-$150..maybe a bit more. Which brands should I look into, and where can I find them at the best price? Would places like Fry's/Circuit City or whatever have what I'm looking for?

If I were you, I'd check out eBay and pick up a set of Alpine Type R components for $135, for that price, that's a steal. Not only that, but when you get ready to upgrade and add an amp, you'll already have some more than capable speakers in place, gotta plan for the future:thumbup:

Yeah, so any more opinions about which one to get? The Alpines or the Infinity?

you should check out www.elitecaraudio.com there are lots of members there who are constantly upgrading their systems, and selling off high end speaker/comp sets for a fraction of retail. if you want to look at (IMHO) great speakers, check out www.imagedynamicsusa.com hope this helps

Yea, their site is quite a bit overboard with the flash and java.... it's more annoying than anything. If you give it time, it works. It's pretty crappy looking unless you have a good cpu and vid card. But the site does work.
