Default 2 or 4 ohm?

I'm getting a new system soon. I'm probably going to get the Kicker 400KX.2 and a 12 inch Kicker Solobaric L5. The subwoofer comes available in 2 ohm and 4 ohm designs. Which one would be better for my setup?

2 ohm, since the kx400.2 is either 200 x 2 @ 2ohms or 400 x 1 @ 4 ohms. You could either run one coil per side or mono the amp and put the coils in series that will give you 4 ohms.

i think it would be better to mono the amp and put the coils in series. Then you wouldn't have to worry about a channel imbalance. It probably wouldn't be good for the speaker imo.
