Default Signal & Antenna Boosters

Has anyone tried or are currently using an AM/FM Antenna Booster or FM Signal Amplifier on the car??

Are they effective, do they improve signal reception??

Are they really worth spending dough on??

Thanks!

not worth it, you get a better reception if you got a good radio tuner in your deck.
