Default 97 accord amp wiring issue

Wondering if you guys would know.

I got an amp hooked up in my trunk I have it grounded on the back-bottom of my back seat BUT the amp will only cut in and out if you put pressure or wiggle the ground wire, the wires are all crimped perfectly and connected correctly but it will only play if the seat is folded down and you mess with the wire? I have had this problem before though on a 91 accord and I moved the ground wire from the backseat to the side of the car but on the 97 there's no place on the side i can reach without causing destruction, any ideas?

just a bad ground...

try finding a pre existing bolt you can ground it to.

never use a seat and groundin it there. Use the chassis. There will be enough if not plenty of areas for you to drill for a ground.
